A Houston County man has been arrested and charged with attempted murder after firing on two game wardens called to his hunting property in Henry County today.
Henry County Sheriff Will Maddox said Richard Allen Yeager had requested the wardens meet him to discuss a complaint he had about another mans hunting dog running loose on his property.

Maddox says it appears something the game wardens said didnt sit well with Yeager, who pulled a pistol and fired at the officers.
The officers were not hit.
Maddox said Yeager "supposedly has post-traumatic stress disorder syndrome" and, in the sheriff's opinion, shouldnt be allowed to possess a weapon.
The game wardens subdued Yeager and he was taken to the Henry County Jail.
